About G-Startup 2012

       Global Mobile Internet Conference (GMIC), a platform for mobile Internet leaders in Asia and around the world to connect.GMIC are currently targeting/attracting more international startups to apply for G-Startup, which will take place on May 10th and will be held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. It will be running 2 tracks, the seed/early stage and the growth stage.


Winner’s Prizes
Selected participants will receive 3 GMIC Executive passes and 1 GMIC VIP pass, giving them access to/hear from top industry leaders such as Phil Libin, CEO of Evernote, Charles Chao, CEO of Sina, and Shainiel Deo, CEO of Halfbrick.
The winner of each track will get to pitch their startup to 3,000+ executives, VCs, and angels, earn the opportunity to be incubated by one of China’s top incubators, and receive attention from our international media and blog partners.

G-Startup Guidelines
* Must be a mobile Internet based service/product
  * Can be from any country in the world
  * Presentations must be given in English or Chinese; translations in both languages will be provided
Prototype, demo, and/or PowerPoint slides are required and will help in selection process. (Use of Slideshare is recommended but not compulsory).
