In Brief: – Unlike traditional freelance model/sites where buyer post the work and freelancers bid, at WorkMonk, there is a Project Management layer which takes care of all the work and ensures quality control which helps workmonk offer better communication and streamlined work flow and helps the client to build a long term relationship with WM. WorkMonk also has virtual hierarchy of Project Manager, DWF Manager etc so the vendors can manage their team on the platform itself.

How does workmonk works?

WorkMonk has few thousand users working on contract or full time basis so as a Business you can use them to get your work done in a distributed way. You just need to post the work and an account manager will take care of everything. With WorkMonk, there is no overhead of hiring more people for the work.
